For me I hate both teams with a passion, but I've always hated the Red Sox more than the Yankees.

Absolutely hate the Yanks

The Red Sox and all other Boston teams can suck it.

Red Sox's fan are ignorant. I remember reading a post on one of their fan sites suggesting they trade Yuk for Bautista and Alvarez but everybody in the comments disagreed and wanted us to give up Gose and D'Arnaud or some just hated the trade.

I have a few friends who are hardcore Yankee fans and they tip their caps to our players just as we do to theirs. They understand the game better and there is more mutual respect.

Even Papelbon said Red Sox's fans are the least intelligent fans ever (I got a pic of it on my FB, a cell phone picture of the quote).

I just can't stand the Sox's.

Do I have to pick one? I dislike both them equally since they just fork over any amount of cash for the best available players.

i hate them both. they represent everything that is wrong with sports.

Red Sox, for sure.

Yankees fans are jerks, but they know they're jerks.
Red Sox fans still think people should feel sorry for them.

Thats a huge if, Rogers will never open the wallets for a $200 million payroll but lets pretend it does happen. Short term, I'd be in shock that we spent money for once and enjoy it if we win, long term I'd know we are messing up baseball just like the Yankees/Red Sox fans and ownership should know.

I look forward to the day where Selig isn't around anymore and some form of salary cap is established.

Yankees hands down. Boston is 2nd but not nearly like the Yanks. In general I hate New York teams the most though- especially the Jets.

I was literally just discussing this topic with my uncle who absolutely despises the Yanks. I told him it's hard for me to choose, but I give a slight edge to the Yanks.

definately the Red Sox, so many guys on that team i absolutely can't stand. Atleast with the Yankees its only Jeter, A Rod and Gardner

Depends on the players I think. I don't really hate anybody on NYY (and they have classy guys like Rivera and Jeter). That isn't the case for Boston at all (though they lost their most hateable player in the offseason).

At least the Yanks got some classy players like Rivera, Jeter, Posada, Cano, Pettitte (sans roids).

The Red Sox have a bunch of **** like Beckett and Youkilis. Josh Beckett is a piece of ****. Just him alone is enough for me to hate Boston more than NYY.
