#BlueJays select the contract of Adam Lind. They also activate B. Francisco off the DL. Cooper and McCoy optioned to Triple-A.

Ugh, when I noticed Lind was pulled from the game in LV, I was afraid this had happened.

Will they platoon Lind with Francisco like they should have all season? Game 1 vs Boston with Doubront pitching, I don't like Lind's chances.

Yep, we have some flailing away against lefties to watch. Lind is 6 for 54 in his career vs. Doubront, Matsuzaka, and Lester. Phenomenal timing for this, really.

Maybe they taught Lind how to switch hit in 130 AAA at bats?

This move doesn't make sense unless he's actually hitting better or is platooned, he could easily lose his hot streak he has going by the end of this series.

I'm still shocked Robert **** Coello is still on this squad. He should be DFA'd right after the game.

He was playing in New Hampshire and hit .158 in 10 games, jays felt he was ready enough to come back after his game today.

I'm interested to see how this works. If his first month looks like May then I hope he is sent right back down.

If this isn't the biggest white flag on the season... I don't know what. Why bring Francisco back when Travis is hitting like a beast? AA must truly hate that boy!
