Compare Jays players with Raptors players

Adam Lind= Jose Calderon
Can't get rid of them no matter what.

Buck = Leo Rautins.
Both are awful.

Jose Bautista = Chris Bosh.
Although Bautista is better than Bosh ever was/will be.

Escobar = Sonny Weems.

DeRozan might make some dumb mistakes, but he's not a natural born idiot like Davis.

Travis Snider = Morris Peterson

Extremely popular, however never lived up to early expectations, (At least not yet/if at all for Snider)

Bautista outplays his contract by more than $70 million over the next four seasons (2013-2016).

jose bautista - vince carter

both faces of franchise, jose will ask for his trade soon enough too if rogers fails to field a competitor.

at least joey would have a point.

To a certain extent Colangelo = AA.

BC wanted to get an established starting 3 this offseason, gets Landry Fields.
AA wanted (needed) to get an established starting pitcher, trades for 2 reliever.

Not a Raptor, but I see some Kevin Garnett in Brett Lawrie.
If Lawrie wasn't a Jay, I'd probably hate his 210% intensity.

if jose bautista - vince carter (which i completely agree) then

carlos delgado is tmac

On a career production level. Tmac was a star on the Magic and Rockets, but started off as a Raptor ready to make the next step. Carlos had his best years with us.

Lowry = Rasmus

Both didn't wan't to play for their previous teams.
Traded to Toronto. Fills a hole in PG/CF

Only Difference is Lowry played good on his previous team.

Return to Toronto Blue Jays
