So who's putting their life savings on Detroit tonight at the bookies?

This kind of game is exactly how Vegas makes all of their money.

Tigers -230
Jays +210

That means a $23 bet on the Tigers wins you $10 while a $10 bet on the Jays wins you $21

It looks like too much of a sure thing. I'll take the Jays tonight.

Lawrie felt a twinge in his side after hitting on Sat, and he's out another week.

Btu this Tweet which followed might be the Tweet of the year.
@gregorMLB
In more positive news for the #BlueJays, Bautista and Lind are both in the lineup for Class-A Dunedin tonight.

Looks like Ricky wants this game to be over in the 1st inning.

Does Romero suck or what!

He's got to be one of the worst starting pitchers in baseball right now.

2012 has been an ugly season for him. Instead of taking a step forward he has taken 2 steps back.

Maybe this suckage has to do with him not wanting to play for the Jays again. who knows!

Romero should be shut down for the rest of the season IMO.

I'll take the over, and over 7 walks unless he gets yanked preemptively

It's quite clear that Romero should be sent down for the rest of this season. There's nothing to be gained by him pitching again in the majors. We can only hope he has a Doc/EE-like resurgence because his failings are the most unforeseen and irreplaceable on this entire team.

I know he's pretty meh, and it's probably just because he looks like a generic white guy and I am a generic white guy, but I like David Cooper.
