I know you don't want a new thread for every small signing by the jays this offseason cause there's gonna be a lot...... but I think I have to talk of this signing.
Cory Wade will be a mainstay in the jays bullpen for several years to come. AA stole this Guy from the Yankees after he struggled in only 38 games. What a small sample for the Yanks to let a ace type releiver go. They must have huge standards in NY.
He had a 6.45 era for NY but only in 38 games however, he was 38/8 k/bb rate..... overall he had a 2.04 era the year before. He dominated.
This Guy is gonna be key.... a younger Darren Oliver.
