I mean is it better for a player to play as many teams as possible as we see that teams tend to hire their own former players as young managers....... or is it better to try to play for 1 team and build a resume with them.

also since we are on the topic, can you can any former Jays that the Jays would consider as manager in the far future?...... Jonn McDonald comes to mind for example.
