What an offseason.

It's been 20yrs since the Dome was a sellout. I remember when baseball was bigger than hockey. This is it. Rogers is banking on baseball still being a favourite sport of fans around here. But a whole generation or two of fans have grown up with baseball not meaning much. I hope they can rekindle the excitement of old.

It means the channel will be available in Canada now. I only get the NFL Network free so I am guessing we will have to pay $2.99 or $3.99 for it.

On cable, I assume.

That's great ........I guess. What do they show on the MLB network? Do they show Bios like the NFL network or live games like NBATV?

that show with Millar and Rose is on the MLB Network.

Took long enough. Dan, they show baseball 24-7 (live games, highlights, analysis, etc.), it's awesome.

They have some games, a highlights show every night during the season, plays of the month, Prime 9 (top 9 players or teams at a certain position type show), a sabermetric type show and I guess a new show called My MLB Life because it's the first time I've seen it listed where they follow a player around (I'm seeing Matt Kemp and Torii Hunter.)

I don't think they can get to that level. They can improve a lot for sure. But, there's been a lot of baseball diamonds replaced by soccer fields since then around Ontario.
