I played as the Jays in OOTP 13 and had to fire Tinnish because his ratings were too low. Hired Epstein to replace him as scouting director. OP may have a point.

Wow, OOTP, I think I played this game 10 years ago. OOTP ratings should definitely be what you judge a scout by.

This thread shouldn't just be locked - it should be purged. One of the most ridiculous posts I have ever seen (including Raptors board).

I also have the inside edge on some prospects that come out of nowhere in 2014. Perhaps AA should hire me as an advisor.

There's really only one viable option for this thread. My compliments to Schad, first for putting this into the place of prominence it so rightfully deserves, and second for creating a poll with options that will allow us to finally discuss how the noble Ibex will impact the Jays' fortunes in this upcoming season. It has been a little discussed fact that this year's Jays squad has the exact same number of players born under the astrological sign Capricorn as the 1992 and 1993 Jays teams, so we should all pay attention to the heavy involvement goats will play in this teams' success or failure this year.

I think it should be stickied and linked to whenever someone makes an egregiously ignorant comment.
