Well, who else is feeling 'blue'?

A four-game sweep. Life's cruel, ain't it? I wonder how the players feel knowing that the last chance to turn it around might have already passed them by. AH, time for some lightening up...
Gibbons! How come this team can't win the close ones? You'd think that a team coached by him would be able to gut out some wins...
Hey, it turns out that Gibbons doesn't have a speech impediment that causes him to slur his words... he's an alcoholic.
Remember after we finished the trade with the Marlins how people were worried that Buerhle wouldn't join up with the team because the ownership and rearing of pitbulls is illegal in Ontario. People wanted to change the law for him! Hmmmm, on second thought.... can we ban both?
Keep em coming...

This post reminds me of a drunk bum rambling nonsense on the streets.

I sure am disappointed so far, and with Farrel and the Red Sox being the best team in Baseball after April it sucks even more.

I think I heard Jamie or Zaun say the Jays have two chances to reach the 1977 Blue Jays for
fewest wins in April in franchise history not sure if thats true but yikes.
If Farrell and the Sox come in here and sweep us and do it badly it could get real ugly. The May
schedule is pretty brutal. If the Jays are to salvage this season they need to start doing it
immediately.

Yes exactly right, this next series at home vs the red hot Sox is really big. You can turn the season around with a sweep or 2/3 and at the same time stop their impressive streak and gain 2 or 3 games. Huge series.

Don't get caught up setting the bar low. A 3 game sweep gets us 3 games. 2 of 3 only get us 1 game.

You know maybe the Leafs being in the playoffs could be a good thing for the Jays.
Take a little pressure off them and go into the background a bit. Maybe they can
feed off the city getting hyped. Who knows they need something anything to spark them.

It's good for those homers and people who buy into the Rogers marketing machine. They'll get to take a couple of weeks off defending the team. Then if the team wins "4 of their last 6", they can speak about it in a vacuum and not in the context of what happened in April.
For real Jays fans, there is no break. Every game matters.
