Now the bigger question, does this mean the team is moving away from Arencibia as an everyday guy.

If they've recalled Thole to fill Blanco's role and provide occasional pinch hitting, then the impact is negligible.

If they're going to go with a more traditional platoon, then it's a bit more interesting.

Wang - 4W-4L, 2.33 ERA, 25 K in 9 games, 58 innings with Yankees AAA team this year so far.

his fastball sits at around 89-92 mph
and his signature sinker at around 88 mph
