Jays Vs. Twins Sept. 6-8

VS.

Tonight in about 40 minutes, Dickey? vs. someone being paid by the Twins. It's on the road, so Dickey should only give up 2 runs over 8 innings. Possibly less since the Twins are an atrocious team with 64 wins. Wait, that's the Jays. The Twins have 61 wins. And are terrible.

Moses Sierra is not a major league calibre player. Can't wait to have Bautista back in RF.

I don't know, I wouldn't mind giving 4-5 starts to Drabek the rest of the way. I'd give him Esmil's starts.

I was up at a friends cottage. Went for a walk and we noticed a blue jay dead off the side of the road in the trees. It was still in tact. Looked young and in relatively good health. No bite marks. It was strange cuz we couldn't notice any signs of death. I should have took a picture. Cause reading over the Jays board reminds me of the dead Jay.
edit: and the thing that stood out was it had its wings open like it was flying.

Should have eaten it to remove the curse from the team.

We've played very well in two separate 11-game stretches this season. Too bad one of them is when we're 15 games out once again.

The first 11 game stretch was fun, though.

What happened with Sierra?
Edit: "Lower back tightness" apparently.

It was a great run that first win streak. I was legitimately excited and really believed we had turned the corner
Instead we flopped and the damn Yankees and red Sox enjoy another playoff run on their supposed down year. Baseball is so damn frustrating
