Rays Prefer MLB Talent For David Price

The Tampa Bay Rays are willing to trade David Price, but they also don't want to quit on the 2014 season.
They would prefer to acquire Major League-ready talent so they can move Price and still compete next season, similar to the deal they made for James Shields last winter.
