Where's he? He got injured again?
Chicago Sox always ship out damaged goods to us. Back in 2000, Chicago traded a damaged goods Mike Sirotka to us for David Wells.

He's hurt again, but will apparently be back soon enough and they'll have to make room for him. Hopefully he won't be used in high leverage situations, he doesn't exactly need to be with Cecil, Loup, Delabar, and McGowan now in the pen.

There's really no room for him unless they want to go with a three man bench again. Hopefully he has a long rehab.

Wait, I guess they can still get rid of Rasmussen but then again you have a better reliever sitting in AAA in Wagner.

There is always a role for someone who comes in during garbage time.

A healthy Santos is not a bad thing, too bad he's almost never 100 percent.

What was that deal on the table this past offseason that involved Santos? Kinsler?

A rumoured one that centred around Kinsler that apparently didn't make it very far because Kinsler wouldn't waive his no trade for Toronto. The one that actually happened was for Brett Anderson, but it fell through because he failed a physical.

It was Edwin and santos for Kinsler at least that's what Tex wanted. I don't know if AA entertained them or not. The straight up one was for Oakland's Anderson.

absolutely, the Jays are desperate for a reliable righty, it might not be as big of a need as another SP or a 2B but its a clear hole on this team right now.
