They really have no shame.

They really are whores, also devoid of any PR sense

And all heart to raise the price of the cheap seats the most.

Intriguingly, team owner Rogers Communications Inc., reported its third quarter earnings Thursday, with the company’s release noting that “higher revenue associated with the Toronto Blue Jays” helped keep Rogers Media’s operating revenue unchanged in the quarter and up two percent year to date.

So happy for them.

Meh, I know everyone hates Rogers these days, but this doesn't seem like a big deal to me. They raised the price on these packs for the first time since 2010? and the difference works out to a few bucks a game ($3.45 more/game on the "hardest hit" 500 level 40 pack which brings them up to $11 a game)

I don't see much of a reason to be upset here.

Some of those percentage increases look pretty hefty to me. My brother-in-law's seats will cost 11% more; he shares season tickets with a group of suckers... er fans.

Meh, I'll watch from home from now on. My days of going to the park are done (for awhile).

Rogers is losing customers from their TV and internet side at a concerning rate so they need to make their dirty money from other sources now.

I guess they had to raise the prices, because they played meaningful baseball for the first time in 21 years when September came. Hopefully some of that extra money can go into a really good starting pitcher, but i doubt it.

Agreed. For the first time in years I did not set foot inside the Rogers Centre once in 2014.

I bought tickets to a few games, but my teenage kids went instead of me.

I did a poor job of being sarcastic. I hate Wilner, and obviously that is the spin Rogers will take to justify this decision (playing meaningful baseball in September, which was not really meaningful in my opinion).

I think I did a worse job of voicing my sarcasm lol. In the end I think we are both on the same page that Rogers will gouge whoever they can to make a quick buck.
