There are currently riots in Baltimore. They're afraid of that spilling into the stadium.

They also don't want to / can't get the police coverage they'd need for the game. And it's not enough notice to play anywhere else, I suppose.

The games vs Tampa will now be @ Tampa, though Baltimore remains the home team.
