Oh god, are we really getting back into the thick of things with the AL East AGAIN? I hate those f***ers. All of them. And this time, it's probably my least favorite of late.

That's right, we are going up against the pioneers of winneryness in the Baltimore Orioles. And not only that, but their recent bout of winneryness has come on the back of someone whose name sounds very similar to parmesan cheese. I mean seriously, they piss me off in every which way. I just want them to be put down.

haven't wanted a sweep so badly since the last time we played these birdbrains

multiple options in the poll would be great that way we can check off every one of them sh*ts

I thought they'd be last place in the AL East before the season started, but they've been playing well lately. Really BIG series, Jays can build on that 1 game advantage we have on the O's, but looking ahead at Tampa and the Yankees, both those teams are playing the Indians and Tigers, and I'm really hoping we can get ahead of the Yanks by the end of the series. It might taake a sweep, but these are some big games we're gonna be looking back on at the end of the year. Hoping to have one of the top two WC spots by all star break.

Winner of tonight will take the series. Gotta get this Estrada game.

Just keep winning series. Slowly but surely and things will take care of themselves.

Kawasaki's up:

The Toronto Blue Jays will place R.A. Dickey on the bereavement list and recall infielder Munenori Kawasaki from triple-A Buffalo on Friday, industry sources told Sportsnet.

Dickey’s father died Tuesday night, but he still wanted to make his scheduled start Thursday, when he threw 7.1 innings of one-run ball in a 7-1 victory over the New York Mets.

Hang in there Robert Allen. Heck of a performance on Thursday night. God bless.

Well, that sucks. Despite my criticism of his performance on the field, he seems like a good guy. I've read his book and he's definitely been through a lot. I give him credit.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

He should smile a bit more. Never seems to be happy.

Why is Navarro playing in this pivotal series against the Orioles?

Is Gibbons okay?

Rest days have to be worked in for your #1 catcher even if he's your 2nd best player and on a hitting streak.

Return to Toronto Blue Jays
