Copy & Paste the schedule below, then underline the dates you would have Price start

The goal should be to maximize his starts against our biggest divisional rival NY and also against possible threats in the Wild Card race like ANA, BAL, TB & TEX, while at the same time having him ready for a possible Wild Card game

I love how all the tickets I have are for series that he isn't expected to start.

What's also crucial to me is lining up that last start so that he has enough rest to pitch in a WC game if needed (hopefully that won't be an issue, though).

Considering how much we gave up for the rental I would put him out there every 5 days. What are you saving him for?

Depends on the standings near the end of the year. 3 days rest starts for Price, Buehrle and DIckey although that may hurt the setup of the playoff rotation it might be necessary.

Every 5th day... the extra start overall is more important than one less start against the Yankees.

I'd move him back from Aug 27th to the 26th. Still pitches against Texas. Then September 5th instead of 7th - pitches against Baltimore instead of Boston. This would also keep him in line with the Yankees on Sept 10th and Sept 21st.Allows him enough rest to pitch a WC game if needed or first game of post season.

This way he doesn't pitch on less than 4 days rest either except for potential WC game
