We should skip dickey and throw out David price tomorrow. And Stroman for game 5 .

Tulo needs to hit some more
Bautista is due for a huge home run.

We have been incredibly unlucky this series so far and hopefully that changes

dickey is gonna start for sure. nothing is changing that. however, barring a complete game from dickey, im like 80% sure price is gonna come in for relief tomorrow, especially if its the meat of their order.

i feel like stroman is doing game 5 no matter what.

I know that's the plan but I don't get it. If your bringing price out of the bullpen tomorrow why not just start price?
Or live and die with dickey and then throw price out there for game 5.

less innings.

either way i feel like the knuckleball will give them fits as long as he can control it and not walk guys.

honestly based on prices postseason performances idk why people are so gung-ho about him starting anyway. he looked so shook in game 1.

Probably because he's still David Price, the clear ace of this staff and one of the top 6-8 SPs in all of MLB. The same guy that dominated hitters for the past 2 months.

I don't mind the strategy it looks like their going to use here at all but I certainly wouldn't dismiss the argument that we should start our ace for an elimimation game.

Dickey just needs to give us 5 innings, hopefully 6. The shift from Dickey to Price would be fantastic if we can pull it off. Should mess up their timing well. Here's hoping...

Gm 4 - Dickie with Price operating out of the Pen
Gm 5 - Stroman with Price/Estrada operating out of the Pen.

No problem with a short leash on RA

I'm good with starting Dickey, and Price will look ridiculous for a turn through the order after that. He handled the middle of the order great, struggled with Delino and the bottom.

The fact that Texas has owned postseason Price has to give some pause too, even if long layoff was the main culprit.

Ideal is the bats break out in a big way today, and Dickey eats innings. And Holland is a 40% ground ball pitcher, not close to 60% like Perez and his damn DPs. Keep the same approach and we might just see those bats on fire.
Raptors Season Ticketholder since the 2000 playoffs, through all the lows... build to the championship high... to Tampa and back again.
