Last series I had the Jays in 5. This series I think the Jays take it in 6.

And even though everyone will remember the Bautista home run and rightly so, there were tons of excellent plays and moments that lead to today's victory. That's what I love so much about this team. It's not one player, one at bat, play in the field or one ace pitcher. On any given day we can kill you from multiple players on both sides of the field.

I'm thinking the same and as I said to my wife, in a hypothetical scenario where we lose both of those games, how the hell are you not coming back with Stroman for game 3 and where does that leave Dickey?

Down 0-2 in the series, down 0-2 in game 5. Now lets crush these Royals.

Stroman would start game 3 anyway. He'll be on regular rest. Dickey would be game 4.

Price vs Estrada for game 1 is a tossup. Price really shouldn't have pitched the 8th in gm 4 but even with 50 pitch he should be fine for gm 1 after last starting on the 8th and Sept 26 before that.

Only thing we can hope for is a better showing from Price in this series. Now that he doesn't have to face his nightmare in the form of Texas Ranger batters, let's hope he can settle down against KC.

For the record, here are his numbers against the Royals: http://espn.go.com/mlb/player/batvspitch/_/id/28958/david-price

Either way, let's see what happens. We've played the Royals pretty well so far, and the one time we faced them with our new-look team we took 3 of 4 that series. Looking forward to what should be a really fun matchup.

I can't believe that since that dustup between us and KC we've essentially caught up with them and are facing off for a WS spot.

Yup, I think it's very overlooked but Pompeye breaking up the double play meant a lot in the 7th.
