Ubaldo Jimenez no hitter incoming...
But seriously. We should slaughter whatever scrub pitcher they send out, unless we decide to **** the bed as we have been doing this whole month.

I'm guessing Stroman starts after seeing Liriano getting ready to throw in the bullpen today. Stro's been okay lately, but you absolutely need good run support if you put him out there and that's just not something this team is capable of nowadays. This team has a better chance in a pitchers duel rather then a slug fest.

HangTime had some clutch GTs in the playoffs last year. Hoping for the same magic this year lol.

Any idea what time the game may be? I'm hoping it won't be another day time game like most the ALDS was last year

I hope the Jays were saving all their hits and offense for the post season!

Marcus Stroman has a 7.04 ERA against Baltimore this season, I sincerely hope they aren't starting him for this game.

That combined with the fact that BAL struggles with lefties, suggests to me that we should be going with Liriano.

Stroman's been great for months now (3.68 ERA/3.48 FIP/3.01 xFIP in 2nd half). It will almost certainly be him, especially when you consider where Liriano was today.

Orioles starting pitching has been much better of late. Never assume anything.

Machado looked completely baffled by Liriano last week. More baffled than any pitcher we've ever thrown against him.

Liriano is 2.92/3.97/3.52 in his time with the Jays. He's also been terrific in his last two starts, and dominated the Orioles just a few days ago. I don't know which one I'd go with, but I have confidence in Stroman to step up after his performance in last year's post-season.

I'm in the Liriano camp. I also prefer to have Stroman out of the bullpen for this game.

I know what Liriano's done. I just think it's pretty much a foregone conclusion what the Jays will do here, though.
