Know this dude? I mean they know hat seat he was sitting in, and the team must know who bought the tickets. How hard is this to go an bring the guy in for questioning? Maybe there is a lawyer on the board who can tell me why this is so hard?

I'm going to get flamed for this, I suppose, but why is it that it always seems that drunken Toronto fans at Jays or Leafs games fit the same demographic? The TorontoFC crowd always seems to come in for criticism for boorish behaviour, but I think it goes beyond any one sport.

I had heard earlier today it was "her"... not him.

At any rate - hope they get whoever it is.

Police should have been waiting for him on the Go Train to Oshawa post game

Potential crimes he can be charged with are 1) criminal negligence; 2) nuisance; 3) mischief.

Convicting on any of those three is going to be difficult and may not even be in the public interest.

So he didn't even get ejected from the game? If so that's ridiculous. As if nobody ratted him out.

why Oshawa?

Because that is the worst train to be on after a Jays/Leafs game

Charge the man with being Toronto's Stupidest Person in 2016. With TV, phone video, pics and Rogers Centre surveilence video - how did this guy think he could throw a beer can and get away with it??? Plus his DNA and fingerprints are on the beer can.

Except that's not the name of the guy who has been fingered.

Turns out to be a Postmedia employee based in Hamilton.

I compared the grainy video deadspin released with the picture of the crowd and I think the thrower is actually in the row behind Ken Pagan behind the guy in the white baseball cap. The guy directly behind Pagan is staring at the ground and that's where the throw came from. IMO.
