The most interesting thing in baseball right now is the way the Yankees fans and media are freaking out big time about the Yankees, especially Stanton (who gets booed by NY fans) and Judge. I wonder if Stanton seriously regrets not staying in Miami where I doubt he ever got booed.

Judge has actually been doing fine. I’ve been hoping he would fall back to earth this year, but he’s off to a good start. Homered off Chris Sale tonight.

Sanchez has been awful, though. You probably meant to say him.

But you said “especially Stanton and Judge”. I assume you meant “especially Stanton and Sanchez”. Judge is playing well.

Also, that guy looks like the most stereotypical Yankees fan imaginable.

Skankees fans in shambles. I bet they go to work/school in Mets gear tomorrow claiming they've been lifelong fans of the team.

Great start to the season for our roster full of utility guys.

That is an ugly looking lineup.

Not a good sign Donaldson isn't in there considering the DH spot is open and they have an off day tomorrow. Hope it isn't anything serious.

The way the blue jays have been playing lately, even with that lineup I wouldn't be surprised to see them win again.

Will be nice if we can escape with a win today while throwing out that lineup.

Maile and Ngoepe batting 8-9. Even a single A manager would call that a weak 8-9 combo m

I don't recall - why wasn't Espinosa picked over Ngoepe?

Was it an options thing? Am guessing Ngoepe has a few.

Yes, Ngoepe has options . They would have had to dfa somebody to keep Espinosa and opted to go with the better defender. In a perfect world, Gift and Espinosa are not part of any conversation because Tulo is healthy.
