Drury was damaged goods. Broke his hand two days before the trade, but it didn't show on the x-Rays.

One of Stromans pitches requires the middle finger from Luke Maile.

Fangraphs has Aledmys Diaz at 1.4 WAR on the season. That ranks him 20th among shortstops with 200 PAs or more. Not a bad return for J.B. Woodman, especially since we control him for another 4 years until 2023. Having a cheap, adequate replacement takes some of the sting out Tulo's perma-DL status.

Heh. As underwhelming as I - and most, it would seem - think he is, you gotta feel for a guy who doesn't have a chance to make a good first impression on his new team.

Urena - he of the .566 OPS in 231 Buffalo PAs - gets the call. Meh.

Drury has had a nightmare season. And not much luck in his career. It would be hard to try to play baseballwith migraines and blurred vision. Although, I have no idea why he didn’t say anything before this year. I would be afraid I had a brain tumour or something.

My God, spare me Morales, you fat turd. Watching you run the bases is a joke. A fast runner gets a double on the original, and scores on the next hit, scores on the fly, and doesn't get tagged coming home. What f@qing waste.

Morales being slower than 85% of real GM really cost us that inning.

Tepera said he wants the closer job. Is he aware he has to pitch well to get the closer job?

Not only do they pitch to Martinez but they try sneaking a fastball by him inside.

Should have traded Tepera at the deadline. Always sell high on relievers when you're out of it.

I'm actually enjoying this team rebuild. It feels nice knowing that we pretty much rebuilt our minor leagues and we still have young players in the big club.

He seems to have good stuff. High velocity fastball with good slider. Wonder why he struggles so hard.

I don't know but it tells you something that the Astros smart management and scouting department was
ready to easily give up on him fast to take on all the headaches from the bad PR Osuna brings and they're
probably aware of the concerns many Jays fans have about Osunas arm and longevity.
