Let's see what happens. It's not like we have anyone to replace him with anyways. So we are stuck with him for now.
The issue is that wins and losses and ERA aren't particularly predictive, and predictive value is really what you need. ERA and wins will tell you what happened, but they do a poor job of telling you what will happen. And when one's chief concern is determining who should stick around for games to come, that's the important bit.
