So many tickets available. I thought this would be a near sellout guess not.

Well with the Leafs out and the Raptors off, the Jays got there own night to unveil the Vlad. Let's see what the walkup is like for the game.

Hopefully we have a nice debut for Biggio soon, too.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Enormous hype for this debit - it will be interesting to see the attendance - how much it is augmented by the debut - as well as the TV ratings.

Unfortunately for the marketing department, they forgot to add that last tier of pricing --- i.Oakland pricing, ii.Yankees pricing, and iii.Baby-Vlad-debut pricing.

I wouldn't expect a near sell out at all but a decent crowd for sure. Tv ratings will be massive though

He's obviously already our best hitter glad they are batting him 3rd.

Was worried they'd use him 6th or something lol

Is unofficial, actual usually posted before 4:30. Wouldn't be surprised to see Sogard playing over Hanson. Smoak getting some protection would be interesting, maybe teams don't nibble as much with him with vlad jr on deck.

FYI tonight's game is the free game of the day on MLB.TV.

Jays marketing laying it on real thick for Vladdys debut... guess this will be one of the most anticipated games this season.

It's arguably the most-anticipated prospect debut for many years, for any team. Combining his prospect status with his BLOODLINE!, this goes well beyond the Jays.

Facing 2019 Mike Fiers is a lovely way to introduce Vladito to the majors without exposing him to major league pitching.

Edit: 5 seconds later, Fiers surrenders a home run to Eric fking Sogard. I'm now concerned that he won't actually remain in the game for five hitters.
