And Stro isn't pitching, so that just leaves...well.

Biggio's currently seeing 4.52 pitches/plate appearance, which would be second in the majors if he qualified.

Richard has been terrible, as predicted. But who knows... if he hadn't started the year injured, he might be our mandatory all-star rep this year! That ignominious responsibility will probably fall to Giles or Stroman, I'd think.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Jack Mayfield had 2 career hits in 13 games...3 for 3 with 3 2Bs today. He has yet to record a single.

Gurriel has an OPS well above 1.000 since returning from the minors. There are still elements of his approach that I don't love, but he certainly has the power to be a corner OF.

Rough outing from Perez. We should trade for him... he'd fit right in!

If the margin holds, this will be the 23rd blowout (8 for, 15 against) in which we have participated this year. We've reached double-digits 7 times already...oddly, more than our opposition despite our record.

He looks great out there, wonder why they never put him in the outfield in the minor before.
