Vlads interesting plate discipline, he can make contact with nearly any pitch in the zone but not for much power in certain areas. I'd guess pitches he used to handle in those spots he can't as much anymore, and he's still trying to learn that. ie some pitches in a 0-1 strike count are not worth swinging at.

Hernandez is so garbage. Can't even make contact. How many chances are they going to give this guy?

Lordy Lordy.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Feel obliged to mention that I'm playing OOTP 20 and Gurriel just hit a grand slam in Game 6 of the 2020 World Series. It knew.

Joking asisde. Pretty nice turnaround for Soogard. Seems like a nice guy too. Nobody expected this.

Pretty incredible baseball & strategy game right Schad? The depth is incredible.

My Guirriel isn't doing so well and im in year 2021. I have him burried in the minors. Might have to call him back to the majors again.

One intriguing thing about Gurriel's rise - and the growing view that he has star potential - is that he never figured in any top 100 prospect left that I can recall.
