I feel like you could've gotten Fisher back for Biagni alone. Why were Sanchez and Stevenson involved in this?

The only way this and most of the other trades make any sense is that Shitkins are resigning after this year and just wanted to **** with the Jays for **** and giggles.

Just Fisher makes this pretty bizarre. Could have likely gotten him off waivers in a few months.

Biagini and Sanchez don't/shouldn't have much if any value, but throwing in a prospect (even a fairly lightly-regarded one) is pretty bad.

Our FO are morons, Stevenson could have yielded Fisher who could have literally been in the same scenarios Teoscar Hernandez was in with the Astros prior to trading for him.

Yeah I don't really get it. Was waiting to see what else we might have got but apparently this is it. At least make Sanchez a reliever again and see what he can do. And we trade a fringe OF prospect for a guy who used to be a fringe OF prospect?? Those are the freebies you get in return for a guy like Biagini on his own.

toronto sports hasn’t seen a management team this enept since john Ferguson.

If they knew they were going to scorch the earth for as many c- prospects as possible, why squander Sanchez and destroy his value by starting him all this time.

I honestly don't care that much about the Sanchez side. Like, the upside even if he proves to be a solid enough reliever is pretty minimal in his walk year, for everyone but Sanchez. Doesn't really make this a better trade, however.

The thing is BNS, Davidi ,Mitchell plus the Toronto sun guy are breaking trade news for like the 1st time ever this season probably in favor of not saying anything negative about the management team.

They have done well overall, but there have been a couple of serious "WTF?" moments, and this is one of them.

So we traded an all over the place Starter who could be decent reviler, and another reliever with 3 years of control, and our 25th rank prospect, for a 4th like OF type.
