Why would Montoya panic and play Panik over Teoscar?

I just don't like the plate approach by these guys, they pop up first pitches have no business swinging at.

Just when you thought Montoyo’s bullpen management couldn’t get worse....

Buck looked at the rule book and apparently he should have been allowed to pitch

So I guess he still should’ve been allowed in?
Don’t really know if that reflects better on Montoyo though, feels like a rule a manager should know and ask for a rule review on (umpires should know the rule as well you would think)

What an absolute idiot this manager is. Chooses to use Wilmer Font (who looked awful 2 days ago) over the team's closer just because it wasn't a save situation and it costs them the game immediately. This is precisely the reason why Buck Showalter will never get another job managing in this league.
Charlie may literally prevent them from making the playoffs by himself.

charlie is a fool for costing us this game
But i just cant understand the approach for the hitters in the 9th. Why swing at those first pitches. A team hitting this bad shouldnt be swinging at first pitches anyway let alone biggio and tellez who are not doing good

tough to manage one when the front office has you babying your sp’s.
fa prize Ryu and top prospect peaerson both went 5 IP....
pearson could easily have went another inning or two. cant have your bp pitching 4-5 innings every game.

I think it may have been more to do with the extra inning rule making everything a high leverage situation. Then again, you actually have to
get to extra innings first.
