Summer Grichuk is everything I wanted Colby Rasmus to be.

This Grichuk, Teo duo in the outfield has really turned into something. Gurriel I knew would be good, but really didn’t have high hopes for the other 2/3. When Bo gets back our offence is going to be lethal.

Grichuk contract finally not so gross.

Jansen has more walks than hits and has scored almost as many times as he has hits. It's really odd. If he can hold the rest of the things he does well together and push his average closer to .210 or something like that he'd be pretty good and his defense would still be better.

It’s never been gross. Maybe didn’t look great, but wasn’t awful. Now, it’s a steal if he keeps up anything remotely similar to what he’s been doing this season.

I just watched Jays in 30 and was swearing up and down at Panik failing to lay down that bunt (which was a ball) which would have scored the run on the next batter. Thank you RG!

We get to play the Orioles 30 more times, right? Or is that just a Yankees thing?

You'd think he'd learn to stop asking Panik to bunt by now...but nope.

I have no idea what to make of Shaw. Last year, he had a change in swing that backfired badly. This year, the stats suggest that he's closer to the player he was in 2018 and earlier, he's hitting the ball hard, but the results aren't there. If you believe in the predictive power of xwOBA and the like, he's actually a good bet to turn it around...but he kinda looks bad to the eye.

Leaving Roark in there to face Mountcastle after giving up 2 straight hits and having already allowed a home run against him was pure idiocy. Way to throw this game away, Charlie.
