Cavan knows that you're allowed to swing occasionally, right?

Randal's been very impressive this whole season so far. If we had used 9 pitchers and lost it would have been devastating.

His change in approach is really drastic over the past two years. He was an all-power, awful OBP guy two years ago. Now he's a solid-OBP guy who hits some dingers.

Two straight now. AA really needs to be fired with this ineptitude.

Is it really a good idea to walk Biggio in that situation? I thought the Braves would’ve wanted him to swing even in a 3-1 count.

Intentionally walking Biggio to get to Grichuk makes me wonder if they were asking Montoyo for strategy advice.

Seriously weird call especially the way biggios been hitting. Probably would’ve ended up striking out. Whatever we win. Their blunder makes up for the stupid send by Rivera.

You deserve to lose if you intentionally walk Biggio.

We're above .500, our run differential is +18(!), and our odds of making the playoffs are back above 50%.

Championship birdie season is a go folks.

Not only do you choose to pitch to a better hitter,,, but open yourself up to walking in the winning run, increasing the Blue Jays chance to win the game by about an extra 8.5%.

We may finally have found another manager on Montoyo’s level. Would not be surprising if AA replaces that guy with Gibbons at some point if the Braves have a bad year.

Ho man that was terrible. Not only long and drawn out, but super low energy.
