Is Manoah our ace now?

Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Good to see Grichuk in the bottom third of the lineup. I suspect it's a matter of time before he's bumped to 8th by Gurriel. I also like Biggio in the 6th hole.
Biggio/Gurriel/Grichuk/(Kirk or the .300 hitter known as Reese McGuire) has the potential to be a heck of a bottom of the order.

I can’t look at the Jays 1st base coach without seeing John Olerud. Right down to the helmet without ear flaps.

Nurse is below average at best.
Masai is overrated.
I dont get how so many people believe in the raptors, they have zero to chance to win it all.

Ah, one of my favourite rare baseball situations: striking a guy out on a pitch that hits him.
Manoah has the slider moving...location's a bit variable but generally out of the middle of the zone. Except for the one he just threw in the middle of the zone.

He looks good for anybody. As dominating a performance as we've seen all year. Slider has been the best we've seen it.

That entire list (Richmond, Purcey, Bush, and Nunez) didn't exactly bode well lol

I think
Especially if we are saving Cimber for the blowout games.

If we can get another three runs we should be safe to use him.
