This ones for some of the marbles!

Let's do this. Great opportunity to force our way back into more obvious contention.

Just when the Jays start rolling, Manoah falls down the stairs. Sounds about right.

Manoah went to the IL so tomorrow's start isn't looking too much better.

Having 80% of the the stands filled with Red Sox fans this series won't help matters either.

Stripling looks like he has absolutely nothing tonight (which, disturbingly, is the 2nd time in a row he's looked like this). Jays may want to be trading for a starter over the next week.

With our next ten being against Boston/the Mets, we could be right in the race by the deadline, or dead out of it. Definitely not a time where we need Bad Stripling to return, or Manoah to forget how stairs work.

Well, that was the only thing worth watching tonight and it’s already over.

And Stripling messes up the rotation even further right when we needed him to eat some innings.

The Mets are fairly terrible. Fair chance the Jays will destroy them.

But they do kind of need good pitching to get the Red Sox out and they're lacking that today (a game which is effectively over) and tomorrow.

I would have just left Stripling in the game today. The game was already over after the slam and pulling him only hurts the bullpen the rest of the series.

Well considering they're apparently unwilling to bring Alejandro Kirk up, I'd assume him?

I would guess one of the current catchers. They won’t bring him up because they don’t want to lose those guys for free, I think.

With the score 8-0, Pat and Buck are already on pace to set a Jays record for the number stupid things said by a broadcast duo.
