Oh man Yankees down 4-0 already, did not realize that had an early game against the Twins. Some kind of make up game?

Rays pitcher looks tough today, lets see if momentum is a thing.

Never want the opposing team to see too much of your stuff…. Or maybe they just got confused. Third time through the order, third batter. Same, same.

and the yankees tie it in the 8th. probably foolish to count on these garbage AL central teams to do the lord's work.

I can still remember Andrelton Simmons rumours from the off season. Not sure what level his defense is still at but that .560 OPS is about as ugly as they come. But the Minnesota manager still thought that he should bat for himself in the 9th….

I don’t think this game is a crazy as either game the Jays played Saturday.

Hard to believe that the Twins were quite good last season and most picked them to make the playoffs again this season.

The Yankees have a much easier schedule than the Jays. I expect them to pile up a lot of wins in the next 9 games against the Orioles, Indians and Rangers. As well as the Jays have been playing, they need to continue the momentum. Red Sox have an easier schedule than Toronto also. Toronto has to still face the Rays 6 more times, along with the critical 3 games left against New York. Hoping this team can at least win the series against the Rays.

It’s virtually the same actually. The Jays opponents have a .496 win percentage and Yankee opponents .488. as of this morning. And that’s before we factor in how each team has been playing this month.

Boston is actually the team with the schedule advantage (.438).

C. McHugh looks to be on his game. Going to be tough scoring runs tonight.

Return to Toronto Blue Jays
