Can't get a save in 6 run game, you should be glad Kikuchi is coming in, 3 runs in and i think Romano then qualifies for a save.

That was actually my point.

Think we can comfortably cheer for Seattle to win from this point forward. We're evenly-matched with the Rays, but we're just plain better than the Mariners.

Not even in my wildest dreams did I think I'd see a Blue Jays team split a series at the Trop. This might be a team of destiny.

They have the easiest schedule ever to end the season. If they don't end up with the #1 or 2 WC they don't deserve to be in the playoffs.

I like almost had fun watching a Jays game at the trop. Which is a usual departure from the dreary depression that is usually what happens.

They certainly should. But a win today means that they'll be 4-6 against the Angels, A's and Royals in their past ten...they aren't playing their best baseball at the moment.

Edit: and now they've turned a nine-run lead into a three-run lead with the bases still loaded. In a half-inning.

One run lead now lmao..this is a pretty epic collapse

Edit: losing now WOW!

Yeah, I'd still rather play the Mariners. Giving up a whole-ass nine-run lead in a half-inning to the Royals is really not very good.

The win probability chart is pretty great:

Lmao, I stopped checking the score when it was 11-2. Embarassing.

The fact that we somehow split this at the Trop makes the Jays/Mariners the most likely series now. Mariners are kind of a disaster right now, but they really should be able to beat the Rays out over the next week with that schedule.

Missed the game but a split against this team at that place is as good as a series win. Things lining up pretty good now.
