I told you guys you shouldn't give up on Berrios.

“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

the AL east is a higher league and any cross-divisional play is interleague.

Good day for the Jays.

Jays win, and every other team that matters in the AL East loses. Let's catch up some ground.

That's effectively always been the case in my eyes. Just gets more obvious now that teams have started playing a more balanced schedule. Just imagine if it was fully balanced.

Our record puts us in 1st place in 3/6 division right now.

Great to see Berrios with another solid performance. Varsho is really struggling right now batting near the Mendoza Line, and it makes sense to move him down the batting order. Cannot have your Clean Up hitter batting .202 right now.

One of the weirder alternate baseball universes is one where there's a balanced schedule/expanded playoffs all along, and the Ricciardi Jays make the playoffs 2-3 times and he gets head-hunted by a bigger club. And then promptly ruins the Red Sox or something.

After today, every single team in the AL East is over .500 with a positive run differential.

The AL Central has one team that meets that criteria.
