He's Back! Have Manoah's mechanics been fixed and he's ready to resume his HoF-path career, or has he been figured out and only good against AA opponents?
Will the Jays stay on the upswing and finish the half 11 games over, or will they humiliate themselves in front of the North Windsor crowd and fall back to 5 games over?
Will I have to remember to start a game thread a week from now, or will that be somebody else's job?
Only time will tell!

This is gonna be must watch TV with Manoah starting lol. Who would have thought that about a game in July against the lowly Tigers.

Manoah looking fatter than ever. What is this team doing man? Why is there no accountability at all here? They keep talking this PR talk about his mechanics and arm angle and this and that. But cant notice the obvious starting them in the face? That the guy is huffing and puffing and sweating like hes run a marathon after every inning while attempting to pitch at the 20 second pace.

Manoah looks exactly the same to me and his slider is just as bad. Just bizarre what they've done here.

I do not see the great improvement which Schneider had mentioned the other day with Manoah. He looks just as fat as he did before, and his command is not where it should be. If we were playing a decent team today, those balls that Manoah threw in the middle of the plate would have been hit all over the place in that first inning. 23 pitches first inning. So by this rate, we will be lucky to get 4 innings out of him.

Every scrub pitcher in the league must have Blue Jays games circled on their calendars to have a potential easy shutout to lower their bloated ERA. Smh.

If Keirmaier throws behind the runner to second base instead of third base I think they get him there.

Good to see this team for once, not make a terrible Tigers Pitcher like Alex Faedo look like a CY Young Candidate when he pitches against them. They needed that 6 run outburst in the last inning.

Hung back to back sliders to Baez it seemed.. but got away with it.
Hopefully the advanced pitching analytics will show his pitch had more movement and control than his prior starts. Anxious to see what they look like after the game compared to rest of season.

A better team crushes these sliders. Don't know what has happened to that pitch this year.

Just the Tigers but he hasn't looked bad since a rough first. The Tigers do suck tho so who knows.

I'm more interested in the Rays continuing to lose like this. The division race is not over.

still 6 games left with them. they are surprisingly the team in the division that the jays play best against so far. theyre 3-4 but +9 in differential cause of the 20-1 game
