Gausman Vs Castillo who this team has no success against. This might be the point of the season where ive become despondent, i can’t see a 2nd half push;

Bring on the no hitter.
Vlad and Guillermo to the Yankees for a bag of chips. On the condition that Guillermo must be the Yankees hitting coach for the next two years. Would the Yankees say yes?

Same old sht...
How low can they go before ownership finally wakes up to reality?

A GM isn’t getting fired mid-season. In other news the Mariners seem like a similar team but their bullpen is better.

It really is infuriating how patient Atkins has been with addressing the offense, especially after stating in the news conference post wild card sweep, that he was aware of the lack of offense and it would be dealt with during the offseason. Then to not address it, watch it continue to show no signs of improvement and probably regress from last season, he does nothing... There really is no excuse, he needs to go.

Which is absolutely stupid. They should be, considering they're the architects of this mess. Why would you want Atkins presiding over a rebuild?
But this speaks to an ownership issue and all the bad sht rolls downhill in sports. Can't trust them to properly handle this or hire the right people. They'll never achieve anything with MAGA nepo baby Ed in charge

The obsequious Rogers owned Sports media industry hype machine is unable to spin such poor performance --and what rather not say much at all! Just the minimal criticism and obvious can be hinted at! Welcome to Canada Oligopoly Plus TM Rentier Creditor Oligarchy Land.

He better be, because otherwise he'll be the one trading our good assets for all-glove, .150 hitting A-ball prospects at the deadline. I wouldn't put it past him to give Guillermo a 10-year extension before the off-season, either.

The fact that Atkins nor Shapiro have gotten rid of Guillermo Martinez to this point should be a reason why both of them go.
I have never seen so many hitters fall off cliffs in all my years watching baseball on a single team. Some falls you can chalk up to regression from getting older but Bichette this year? Someone who clearly has talent. The guy is about to have an OPS under 600. Kirk last season and this season? Springer until he supposedly started looking fastball.
Something stinks in Denmark that isn't the responsibility of each Dane. The fact that no change has occurred is alone an indictment of management.

Or just wait until he’s a FA when nobody offers him any money and bring him back then if you still want him.

What an unserious team as Randle would say. How do you know if Horwitz can’t hit LHP if he doesn’t get opportunities. Also why let KK face a LHP but pinch-hit for your best hitter.

If the goal is winning games Horwitz should never be pulled from a game right now other than purely for defense.
