Kikuchi versus Blake Snell tonight. Interesting enough Jordan hick faces his old team for game 3 as a starter! Apparently he expressed interest in resigning with the Jays but he wanted a spot in the rotation and a pay raise.

Not a fan of Horwitz not getting opportunities against LHP

Kikuchi with 11 K’s after six innings, but he’s losing 1-0. Jays only have one hit. LOL

Pinch running Kiermaier there for our best hitter at 2B there when he was gonna get another AB was insane

Seen that Chapman strikeout a few times before

Sure would have been nice to have Horwitz hitting in the 9th instead of on the bench for a pinch runner

Lol so glad that didn’t go to extras so I didn’t have to watch these jokes any longer tonight

Maybe they’ll actually play their best hitter tomorrow

Well, that was painful.

Kooch was SO GOOD today.
Taking out Horwitz to have Kiermaier PR was boneheaded, but that's the way it goes, I suppose.

Some of those calls were questionable.

I feel bad for Kikuchi who pitched great and for Richards who is a good dude who is pitching for a team run by clowns.

Don’t feel too bad, they’ll both be gone on a competent team within a month. We’re stuck with this organization for life.

Once Schneider was lifted replacing him in the OF with KK was the next move.

Yes, after the inning when you moved Horwitz to 2B and pulled Jiminez.

At least that’s what a manager who has a modicum of baseball understanding would have done.

This is the correct answer.

There's *some* argument that could have been made if Horwitz was the lead runner (although I don't think it's a very good argument), but when he's behind somebody else and already in scoring position... just no.

Kiermaier could have come in between innings as a defensive replacement, rather than taking Horwitz's bat out of the lineup.

Well, this game has certainly taken a turn for the better. Those first couple of innings though. woof.
