Wagner was the true prize of the Kikuchi deal

Feels like we’re rooting for the Cardinals with these random ass named dudes hitting the ball.

Very cool to see Billy's kid get 3 hits in his debut - I hope he pans out for ya'll.

Whatever you do Wagner, don't listen to Guillermo. Pretend he isn't even there.

Wagner is exactly the kind of hitter I like - hits for average, walks a lot, and limits the Ks. This kind of skillset is hugely underrated in today's MLB (unless you have elite speed to go along with it). Wagner has a career minor league OBP over .400, and this year in AAA he's struck out far less than he's walked. I think we may have something here. I just wish Guillermo was long gone so that he can't ruin yet another prospect.

Nah, Wagner is an elite big leaguer’s son. If anything he will play too much.

Probably needs some one on one time with Guillermo.

I kid you not, Schneider's season disintegrated the day after the headline that he and some of the other young guys were sitting out the next game because they were putting in extra work with Guillermo.

Guillermo doesn’t like what he sees in Wagner, too much pull power

Wagner looks good at the plate but he keeps bricking these throws in the dirt

Did this team just hit 4HRs in one game?? Unreal.

This Wagner kid is looking good! We might have something here.

Back to the bench for Wagner as expected. Needed this rest day.

Blue Jays' Wagner won't start vs. Angels. This team not so serious.

You really have to question the logic of the management of this team.

Are you guys still blaming hitting coaches for vlad or do they get credit lol. Those hitters step in the batters box not Guillermo.

Ok Jays marketing. And where there’s no Will, there’s no way!

Schneider says he sits, partially because of a lingering knee issue, but don’t worry he’s available to pinch run?!

By that logic, it doesn't matter who serves as hitting coach.

Bo had to bring in his Dad to help him.

Vlad had to bring in 3rd party coaches to help him.

How many players have become better hitters under Guillermo? How many have become worse?

The results speak for themselves. He should have been fired years ago. I consider his continued employment the height of negligence. It's like they're trying to fail.
