They looked decent vs him recently. This game is winnable.

I wish the Jays would:

1-lead off Springer and simply slide Bo, Vlad and Tony down 1 spot in the order.

2-start playing TH a lot more while he is producing an OPS over twice that of Kirk. Then you can drop Gimenez lower in the lineup too.

3-play Barger and that cannon at 3B when there isnt a spot in the OF for him. Ernie is good defensively, but not good enough for the way he has performed at the plate to justify playing everyday anywhere.

Why did we pay 20 million a year for Giminez?

Was hoping to see Springer back at lead off and everyone else moved down. Welp

Everyone loves Varsho until you watch him come to the plate and try to hit (lol). Then you remember him how he Strikes out like a fool time after time. You would think it was the return of Barry Bonds the way he was pumped in the media, but it is another .200 hitter coming back, on a team full of mediocre hitters.

Was looking forward to this series, expecting a different outcome. I don't know why I'm always expecting this team to turn it around. With all those HRs given up, I believe we've now overtaken TB this season.

This is a bottom 7 team across the entire league lol I actually don't see even 75 wins now
