Jays 41-36 vs Indians 39-37 (Jun 24-Jun26)

We are still a 1.5 ahead or the final wildcard spot somehow. Next 2 series are very important.

Lauer is last year's version of Francis (so far).
Very confident out there.

Play of the millennium. Well worth the trade if he continues saving runs at this rate.

The Captain. The MVP contender. He never stops hitting.

Lauer quickly tiring .. location little off this inning.
He really needed that 3rd strike call against Thomas that was missed my the ump.

Gimenez better snap out of it soon. Just brutal right now.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

He’ll be fine. Batted balls stats suggest a correction is coming.

If Carlos Santana never faced the Jays in his career, would he even still be in the league?

Fluharty looks nothing like the pitcher he did a few weeks ago.

And now it is time for the Chad Green disaster.

Quality relief from Greene right there...

Schneider is very bad at his job. Fisher had thrown 7 pitches and was doing well.

Instead, he decides to play silly games, and wins a three run homer, after now using our third reliever of the game.

Gives up the 3 run HR immediately, yeah that’s a disaster all right.

How has he not been DFA’d yet

This team can’t help themselves from wasting relievers early. Why was Fisher removed?

Fluharty and Green probably still come in during the eight (not 7th) if you are up 5 as it’s moderate leverage, but I just hate taking guys out for no **** reason.

The more relievers you use, the greater the chance you find one that doesn't have it.

Pretty much every RP but Yimi and Fisher doesn’t have it either now. Even Little is walking more guys than he was. Very odd decision to pull Fisher when they did.

Only reason we are winning this tonight is because we have been the far superior team defensively… both in terms of great or good plays, or mistakes.

Replay looked safe. So the call is overturned. Bad call by the replay officials.
