Over the last two years the Jays haven’t been great at Yankee Stadium, but going back to the start of 2021 we’re 21-17 there.

To do notes for the coaching staff prior to game 3:

1. Ship the cameras from the hotel rooms to New York
2. Ship the intercepting equipment used to steal feeds from opponents pitch com to New York
3. Sneak in the mascot who is being used in this pitch stealing scheme.
4. Buy a ticket for white shirt guy in the bleachers.
5. Bring the specialty stitched baseballs that you are sneaking in to the game when the Jays are up to bat.

If we do all that we should be good.

I legit saw a Yankee fan online floating the theory that the Jays being owned by Rogers Communications could be playing a factor in their abilities to hack pitch coms

Well, it's Rogers Communications we're talking about. I couldn’t help but wonder if it was even possible—hacking the pitch com. But I suppose anything is possible.

My personal favourite is the people claiming they are using the hotel rooms to steal pitch signals. Teams use pitchcom now you **** morons.

Joe Davis commentating our games in Toronto on the FOX feed is must see TV. It was special with how fun those 1st 2 games were. I love how FOX always keeps the camera on the batter a bit longer when it's a no doubt home run to see the batters reaction

Game 3 lineup prediction:

Springer DH
Schneider 2B
Vlad 1B
Kirk C
Varsho CF
Clement 3B
Santander RF
Gimenez SS
Straw LF

You just have to hope they’ve learned their lesson about IKF.

Crazy we scored 13 runs in 8 innings and we basically punted 1 spot in the lineup lmao

I'll take all of Luke, Barger and Santander over IKF. Although I sort of feel these 10 run games are only going to embolden the coaching staff to emphasize defence at the bottom of the lineup. They are probably not as "desperate" on that front, and Santander in the end has shown things but not enough for them to veer.

I think they go mid-way here. Take IKF out, and bring in Lukes. So you are taking IKF out but bringing in a good defensive player for him.

And as I said last game with Straw at the 9 spot, if you are behind you can bring in Santander to pinch hit in likely the fifth inning and only have one weaker plate appearance.

That's my guess what they do.

Would love to close this out tonight. Yankees getting swept in humiliating fashion after all of the “run differential” type comments would nearly be as enjoyable as the Jays advancing.

I know his accolades, but 2025 Bieber is still kind of a mystery to me. I was pretty confident with Gausman and even Yesavage but I don't know what to expect from Bieber from game to game. Hopefully he shows up big here.

Yeah. Rodon is a bona fide playoff choker. Vlad also loves to hit him. He won't make it past 3 innings. I'm just not sure what to expect from Bieber.
