LEAGUE LOOKING GOOD

Reliever Brandon League also saw action in the New Hampshire doubleheader Sunday. The Jays right-hander, who is recovering from shoulder problems and lost velocity, pitched two shutout innings. In two earlier rehab appearances with class-A Dunedin, League allowed three runs over three innings while striking out three. He also had his velocity up to 95 m.p.h.

Brandon League (shoulder) allowed a run on one hit and a walk in two-thirds of an inning Friday in his first rehab game with Triple-A Syracuse.

League made two rehab appearances with Single-A Dunedin and five with Double-A New Hampshire before joining Syracuse. He should return to the major league bullpen before the end of June.
