OT - Blue Jays Tickets pick-up?

Hey, and thanks a lot for all your help.
I am interested to go to the bluejays game tml
and in an auction online, it says
"TICKETS ARE DELIVERED TO THE STADIUM BOX OFFICE WILL-CALL WINDOW FOR PICKUP"
So i was wondering, how does this thing works?
and the seller (located in US) has a really good feedback rating. so I was wondering if anyone has these experience before.
