Leaving dome and coming back?

If you leave the dome during the game, do they scan your ticket out and allow you to come back in after? I heard that once you leave you can't come back. But you can leaev and come back at the acc during raps games...

MLB does not allow re-entry to any of their parks.

Is that an issue? I remember when I worked there they had designated smoking areas on the 100/200/500 levels.
