Brian Tallet will duel with Baltimore's "Ace" Jeremy Guthrie. Not many expected Tallet to do what he's done since joining the rotation but he has proven to be a valuable commodity and a reliable 6-7 inning guy. Jeremy Guthrie is the supposed #1 in Baltimore which doesn't bode well for them, but this game is going to be entirely reliant on which team hits. This should probably be a win for the Jays based on the fact that Tallet is a lefty and a lot of baltimores big bats are solid lefties like Markakis, Scott and Huff. Tallet will also turn around Brian Roberts into a righty.

I've got no idea who this random ack is pitching for the O's tonight but if one of the "leagues best offenses" doesn't touch him up I'm gonna be pretty pissed. We started this season by defying odds and playing well offensively. Something is up for all that to just stop. We are due to breakout and score more than
3 runs. With Romero's early success and the depth chart for pitchers quite deep, lets hope he digs deep tonight and wins for us fans, for his teammates and for his spot in the rotation. He was getting some heady praise early on and I'm pullin for him. If we can win the next 2 for the O's we have a chance to play Boston @ home and get some Revenge in a ballpark that plays a lot differently than Fen

I won't fully reveal my write-up until tomorrow, but I will say this. If Doc Halladay loses to Rich Hill I will probably break some electrical device in my household. If I stop posting for a while, it's safe to assume that I booted my computer tower right the **** in.

Jays win 2 outta 3. Lose the first to a fine pitching performance. Then rebound to take the series...
and spyke did call a sweep for the last series... it was supposed to be the jays i thought but i probably just misheard the voices... jays, braves... they are pretty similar... no mistaken sweep though.
2 outta 3 to the bank

I don't know what else to predict other than a clean sweep. And my BS reasoning behind it is that the Jays have lost 6 straight and yet are somehow still full of win. That and the fact that no one on the O's staff has stand-out stuff. A lot of average fastballs will make their way outta Camden, courtesy of our beloved and always fulfilling BJ's.
Regroup and regain our mofuggin' lead on the AL East!

i think it is time for us to take back the east lead. i don't like second place as much as first. i think it has been a bad road trip so far but we can turn it around with a good series here. three game sweep would be nice to see!

We need to take at least 2 of 3 vs the O's.

McGowan is apparently throwing off a mound already. That's big.

ahhhh another anemic performance. We need scutaro to walk and hill to homer, that seems to be our only chance to score anymore...
though i feel that starting tomorrow we are going to start turning it on again. Starting tomorrow...

though it is, unless he can actually drive in some runners in scoring position his 5-6-7 innings of a couple earned runs isn't gonna get it done.

This team is just terrible right now, I hate being so negative, but damn, they are just giving away the first 40 +games of great baseball they played...By mid June they'll be at .500 again..

It's nice to see Vernon break that slump... and it's nice to see over the last 2 or 3 games that he's starting to hit again, including a couple of doubles and some stolen bases. He's starting to produce again; not power, of course, but he's at least hitting and that's important. Maybe it'll get everyone else going...
