They were talking about Kelvim Escobar a few minutes ago. I know a lot of people disliked him but he was always one of my favorite Jays. His splitter was filthy, kind of like Accardo's when it's working well.
Anyway apparently Escobar wants to go back to closing as he's been pretty banged up the last few years. He's not likely to get that chance in Anaheim because of Brian Fuentes and his 19 saves, but it'll be interesting to see him transition back to being a reliever.
