Did anyone else catch this? I only caught a glimpse of it, and then saw Crawford talking about it during a postgame interview on the Rays feed. I know people have complained in the past about the security at the Dome being too strict, but anyone who throws anything on the field, especially during an active play like today, should be banned from the stadium, no questions asked. You can't tolerate this type of classless behaviour.

I agree. What a waste of beer though.

Yeah...I even saw this from the 500 level behind the plate. Pretty bad.

Admit it though...our level of forgiveness depends on how aesthetically pleasing these said female individuals are.
Therefore, I require photos for judgment.

I was sitting on the foul-pole area of the 1st base side, and saw that.
Didn't know they were thrown out though... I only saw security going to talk to them and leaving that area a couple minutes later

it would've been worth it if they weren't already drunk and actually hit Upton. Not gonna lie...I would've pissed myself laughing at Upton.
But they deserved to be thrown out...I'll need some photographic evidence of this though

And should those pictures prove pleasing, I demand an 'eye for an eye' punishment: during the seventh-inning stretch of a game next week, they should stand on the warning track and have beer poured on them. Quite a bit of it, the better to show society's displeasure with their actions. And to ensure that nothing is needlessly wasted, they should be provided with blank white t-shirts with as little extra material as possible...wouldn't want a good shirt ruined. In fact, for that reason the beer could be replaced with water. And this public shaming should be filmed in high-definition, with a tight-angle shot, to fully capture their embarrassment.
Huh? Oh, yeah...totally unacceptable behaviour.
