OT- LaRoche Traded To Boston

The Pirates have traded first baseman Adam LaRoche to the Boston Red Sox for shortstop Argenis Diaz and right-handed pitcher Hunter Strickland.
RealGM Note: LaRoche has a career .820 OPS, but his 2009 total is just .770. He had very strong months of April and June, but has a .408 OPS in July.

pirates got ripped off big time. i get that they are trying to build on their minor league system but they need to do better.
